WHAT:

HOW:
DYNAMICS

Students will explore dynamics - varying speeds (fast/slow), directions (direct/flexible), and weights (heavy/light), while also learning to control the power of their movements (strong/soft). By mastering these dynamics, students will develop a deeper understanding of movement expression, rhythm, and control, enabling them to perform with greater versatility and emotional depth.

WHERE:
SPACE

Students will explore the use of outside space (the area around them) and inside space (their own body), learning to navigate and manipulate both. They'll also delve into the ideas of impulse (the force that initiates movement), impact (the effect of that movement), and progression (the flow and direction of motion). Additionally, students will experiment with design, considering how movement shapes and interacts with the space around them.
